What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?I really like the idea of not eating meat once a week. I think I will be able to stop eating meat after practicing Jangsem Monday.
Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:To keep ourself healthy. And I think I am contributing to save our eco system.
Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:
I was vegetarian for 6 years. And recently I was diagnosed with tuberculosis so I started eating meat. But I think I can be healthy eating vegetables. So I stopped eating meat recently.
Has it benefited you and how?:I feel clean without meats in my body.
What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:Green saag, broccoli,peas and apple.

What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:
I believe in caring and loving every living beings on earth. I hate seeing someone get hurt. And the slaughtering of animals makes me feel their sorrows and hardships. So I have promised myself to donate few amounts every month to semchen tshethar tshogpa. "To be empathetic" is my motto.
What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:
I believe we can be healthy without meats in our body. Eating veggies will keep our body clean and healthy.
