Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:
Yes. Frequently after I joined as a teacher from 2015.

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
It a very novel innovative idea to the youths and people of Bhutan.

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
It's all because of the empthay towards the innocents animals who actually help us in many ways. Just to save those lives , I think being vegetarian is a important move in our life.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

Actually I'm not a pure vegetarian as of now but I used to control eating meats for some months like 1st and 4th month of Bhutanese calender.

Has it benefited you and how?:
Yes, it really benefited me to stay healthy as it helps me to feel more lighter than when I eat meats. So I get more comfortable in doing my physical activities as I don't feel heavy.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
My favourite veggies are sag and green chilli, broccoli, asparagus. The fruits are Apple, oranges, and litchi.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:

Cows and deer



What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

I believe in faith and the karma of life.



What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

Please be vegetarian forever.
