Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:I just heard about jangsem Monday yesterday but I have gone meatless several months back.
What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?Philantropic and win win movement. BRAVO 👏
Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:Well after watching few documentary film about vegans, I came to know that all chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and obesity are all caused by excessive consumption of meat. I fervently bielive that we are product of what we eat and going meatless will reverse all those diseases which take millions of life and also it is the cheapest remedy for such chronic diseases.
Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:
Yes, I am but can’t recollect how long I have been.
Has it benefited you and how?:Absolutely, I feel light, pure, energetic and more healthy than I was .
What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:Brocali and apple
Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:
What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:
“If you can’t help other, at least don’t harm other” Dalai Lama
What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:
I want to say just like us, animals have also right to live on this earth because they weren’t born to satiates our craving. Just like us they love their dearly because nobody wants to get killed including ourself. Imagine ourself and our loved one being killed for consumption, how we would be feeling? How would you feel, if you are in the slaughterhouse witnessing all your friends being killed and you are next to be killed? I will not urge to go meatless but will urge everyone to visualise yourself getting killed in the slaughterhouse for the sake of meat.
