Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:Sorry not yet. Planning to.
What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?A great appreciation to jangsem Monday initiator. That was one of the kindest act I would like to say which can bring lot difference in the society now and then.
Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:Because animals hurt and I don't like when they are hurt..I really don't. Let's help them, value them and let them know their purpose other then providing meat. Think about them, their happiness..let them live happily so you can live happily.
Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:
No I'm not..I actually didn't liked to say no to this question but somehow I go for being non veg. But i at least try to go vegan on this two months ( dawa dangpa and saga dawa) and other auspicious days including Nam gang, tshey 10 and 15. And now taking pledge to remain vegan on Mondays. That's how I'm trying to be vegan.
Has it benefited you and how?:Benefits are imeasurable from both health and religious point of view. It is said that what you give is what you get. So let's do something good to get good.
What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:Spinach, mushrooms, watermelon and all
Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:
I like all the animals and my favorite is dog. I would like to have lots of dog at my home and others too.

What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:
Just go meatless.. there is nothing great than going meatless. This will be the kindest act you will ever acheive. Meatless; way to true happiness (GNH)
