Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:
Yes as I am a Vegetarian

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
I think Its a great initiative to have meatless day at least for a day in a week.

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
I think by going meatless we could save the precious lives of animals as it helps to minimize human dependency on animal's flesh. It would also help us to promote longer and healthy life because going meatless a day in a week would help one to inculcate the habit of having balanced diet food.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

I am a Vegetarian. I stopped taking meat since 2015 because I wanted to stop being cruel to animals.

Has it benefited you and how?:
it helped me a lot. I helped to cure my tonsillitis to some extent. it helped to reduce my weight. I feel compassionate and clean towards animals.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
My favorite vegetables are spinach, Dhal, beans, pumpkin,asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, etc. My favorite fruits are apples, bananas, plum, water melon, etc.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:

I love all the animals.



What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

Believe in yourself and harm not others even if you can't help them



What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

Its a great decision that you have taken to go meatless to save the precious lives of animals.
