Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
It's a simple movement to make a great difference in every sentient being.

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
It's important at least to observe zero-meat day on Monday inorder to minimise the import of meat so that when the demand is less, so will be the killing of animals.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:


Has it benefited you and how?:
It might benefit me because at least on Mondays, i will be albe to have pity and mercy on animals.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
All the vegetables and available fruits.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:


What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

I believe that animals too deserve our respect, care and love because they also have the potential to get enlightened as they too have the seed of Buddhahood. Moreover, I believe that God appears in different forms to help sentient beings and animals can be one of the forms.

What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

Believe in layjumdre (cause and effect), and aviod the cause that might result in accumulating sins.
