Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:
Officially i didn't observe Jangsem Monday.However,i am pure vegetarian since 2012 and therefore,i feel everyday is Jangsem Monday .

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
Everybeing in this world donot desire for suffering rather happiness.But,many of our greatest and innocent parents encounter suffering just because of our ill- behavoiur.Hence,i really apprecatiates this symphathetic movement.

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
Every meat that we get is not healty and that may contribute health problems.Moreover,meat isn't comparable to the vegetable that we grow in our garden.Infact,eating meat is taking somebody's life.Thus,its important to go meatless as Buddha mention"If u cant help,Dont harm them".

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

I am vegetarian since 2012

Has it benefited you and how?:
Refraining from eating meat actually inspired me to go be kinds towards animals and i feel i might have saved somebody's life.In brief the sense of respect and satisfaction is the benefit that i had after going meatless.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
I prefer all the vegeatbles and fruits.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:

No favourite animal as such



What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

I truly believe in the words of buddha and the truth of reliaty."If u can't help,Dont harm other" said hy Buddha will be always in my mind and action.



What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

Just imagine the one who is suffering as you,how do you feel?
