Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:
As being vegetarian I always observe it. Not only on Mondays but I do it on a regular basis.

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
The JM movement is an awesome way to refrain ones who can depend so much on veggies from harming the voiceless animals. It's to let yourself and everyone(animals) live peacefully .

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
As Buddha once said, " There is nothing more worthy than the virtue of selflessness. Selflessness unites people. It is a healing herb that unifies strangers and brings families together. It is the love for others that is higher than self-love; It is our only hope." Thus, I think going meat less is not only the act of being selflessness but indeed a Jangsem act for the voiceless too.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

I'm a vegetarian for 9 years now. I don't want to consume those who too depends on plants and can't really think of eating flesh of those who wants to live. And moreover, can't imagine of being healthier and happy.

Has it benefited you and how?:
Yes. It has benefited me and moreover I'm happy that I can atleast save some lives. And I would like to apologize to that chicken and cow for eating you when I was a non -veg.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
My favourite veggies are Broccoli and Asparagus. And my favourite fruit is watermelon.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:

I love calf. I can see innocence in their eyes.

What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

I believe in being happy and making everyone happier around me. And my motto in life is to let others live in a peaceful state of mind and to remain a vegetarian for the rest of my life.

What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

"Peace is not the absence of war, it is a virtue, a state of mind, a disposition for love, honesty and trustworthiness." -Buddha. As we requires peace, so does the voiceless ones. It's my humble request to everyone that atleast refrain from eating meat once in a month/week if you totally can't be a vegetarian.
