Yes

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
Jangsem Monday is very a good initiative taken in which non-vege people can avoid eating meat at least once a week by taking a pledge

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
Basically it is not very healthy to eat meat and as a Buddhist my Guru always advised that for individual happiness and collective happiness, one should practice selflessness. I feel by harming other sentient beings, one can never be happy

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

I have been vegetarian for half of my life and being a vegetarian makes me guilt free and happy

Has it benefited you and how?:
Yes, being vegetarian makes me happy and guilt free

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
My favourite veggies are spinach, beans and lot more. And my favourite fruits are apple and mandarin

All



What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

As advised by my Guru, I believe that if one wants meaningful and happy life then need to be SELFLESS, follow ONE DIRECTION and HARMONIOUSLY



What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

One can at least avoid eating meat once in a week if not always
