Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:
Yes. After I listened to meatless Monday program in radio

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
It's a good way to influence people to go vegetarian. It offers a platform for people who do can not give up meat but at least can afford one day out of a week to stay meatless.

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
For health, environment and spiritual reason.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

It true I do take lots of vegetable but not vegan since I also eat meat. I realiced I can stay without meat but with this meatless Monday program now I can skip eating meat or observe one day without any meat.

Has it benefited you and how?:
Yes it did. Health wise, I feel relaxed. Spiritually I feel connected to this meatless campaign or movement.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
Cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, and all other greens. Apple, orange, water melon, and nuts.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:

Although I feel for all animals but none of them are my favourite. I had cat and dog at home.

What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

I don't believe that when we don't eat meat we are not harming the animals. Even living vegan we might indirectly harm animal ecosystem. You know from the point of food chain, any plant forms the integral part of it. And moment we eat or destroy plant (which includes vegetables and fruits) we disrupt their own ecosystem. We pluck out and eat oranges, the insects feeding on them are affected indirectly. Also I don't believe that vegetarian is passport to healthy life. What if we eat vegetables in unhealthy ways (oily, deep fried, ect) there is no point then.

What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

Hats off! You are doing something which many (millions) people in the world can not. I know it's difficult to become one in a country where meat is part of culture or is social norm.
