Do you observe JANGSEM Mondays?:
Yes I do.

What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
I think the movement Jangsem Monday is okay because this helps the human being to reduce the eating of meats which helps the environment.

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
I think it's important because if we go meatless first of all we will opt for more veggies like Spanish and all which are good for our health. Secondly if we go meatless the person eating meat will reduce which will effect the demand of the product and the slaughtering of the animals will be reduced as well.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

I am not a vegetarian but I have decided not to eat much of it. Even if I eat meat on occasions I've decided not to eat meat on Monday.

Has it benefited you and how?:
When i don't eat meat something different feeling come to us. Like for example we feel like we are useful and feel like we are contributing a small thing in the society- as we didn't have meat and we feel as if we saved one animal.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
Pea is my favourite and I love eating Grapes.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:

I love Cows.

What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

I would like to say that in life we all face ups and downs but we shouldn't let the past destroy our future. Sao it's okay even if you eat meat every time but now please try to reduce it. Thanks you.

What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

We live in a GNH country. Every being can make a difference. So even if one person go meatless, that would make a difference and save lives :)
