What do you think about Jangsem Monday movement?
Great. One of a kind for non vegetarians to experience the life of vegetarian or vegan.

Why do you think it's important to go meatless?:
Mankind should practice, in smally or big way the mantras of kindliness. Also for health reason too.

Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If yes for how long and why?:

None of the above, shamefully.

Has it benefited you and how?:
Yes. Mentally and health wise. Staying meatless every Monday am able to tame my meat craving mind, while preventing the animals reaching to slaughter houses. Feel satisfied and happy for being meatless every Monday.

What are your Favorite veggies and fruits?:
All edible Greens.

Your Favorite animals? Domestic or wild?:

Birds.



What do you believe in or should we say your motto in life?:

Giving up on meat is the best. If not, going meatless every Monday. It's fun spiritually!



What is your message to everyone on going meatless?:

It's easy, fun, and rewarding. Just do it!
